CANCELLATIONS

 

FILLS

Your appointments are very important to us as it is time reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments need to be made. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations or adjustments made to your appointment. It is oftentimes difficult to fill cancelled appointment slots on such short notice. Cancellations made within 24-hours of appointment time are subject to a 100% charge of reserved service.

 

If you have less than 40% of lash extensions remaining, you do not qualify for a fill and will need to book a full set. If you arrive to your fill appointment with less than 40%, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be rebooked for a full set.

 

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE

 

LATE ARRIVALS

1. Wait in your car until you receive a text from me letting you know when I'm ready.

2. Knock on door after text is received.

3. If you have a lash appointment, please cleanse your lashes at home right before you leave OR cleanse your lashes upon arrival.

 

If you arrive late to your appointment, your appointment will still end as scheduled, limiting the amount of time available to complete your service. Please arrive promptly to ensure you are receiving the full potential of your paid services.

 

REFUNDS

I do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
