AFTER CARE

AVOID GETTING WET for 3 days

Avoid any cleansing directly on brows. Brows must be kept completely dry. Use a wash cloth to cleanse the rest of your face to better control any liquid. Face shields will be supplied for the first three days for use while showering. Through the 4th-7th days, you may wet your brows but avoid direct stream.

Day 3-8

Apply a thin coat of jojoba oil or grape seed oil with a Q-tip before bed. If your brows are feeling excessively dry and itchy, you may apply in the morning in addition. *Do not use Neosporin, Vaseline, or Aquaphor.

7 days

In addition to the things to avoid within 14 days, avoid working out and sweating for 7 days. The excess sweat can irritate your healing brows.

14 days

No excessive moisture or humidity such as facials, swimming, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and steamy showers.

Make up

Avoid using make up on your brow area while it’s still healing. Wait a minimum of 7 days or after the flaking is all done.

No touching

Keep your hands off your brows! Any picking, peeling, or pulling on the scabs will affect the way they heal. Try not to sleep on your sides as it can also rub any scabbing off.

other tips

Make sure to regularly use sunscreen to prolong the integrity of the pigment.

Avoid use of physical and chemical exfoliants on brows.

WHAT TO EXPECT POST PROCEDURE

DAY 1 Brows are 20-25% darker than expected results. Moderate swelling and redness after procedure.
